OpenG2P Bulletin: Edition 1
An exclusive, interactive session for our partner community

OpenG2P hosted the inaugural edition of the OpenG2P Bulletin – an invite-only session featuring the latest updates on our technology and products. Designed exclusively for our partner community, the session brought together members from around the world, with strong participation and engagement. Puneet Joshi (Chief Executive Officer), Shibu Narayanan (Head – Engineering), Venkatachalam Ganapathy (Principal Architect), and Vinoth Kumar (Head – Ecosystem and Academy, Vice President – Dissemination) from the OpenG2P team led the session, sharing their expertise and experience.
The updates highlighted progress across several services such as IAM Service, the Registry, Approval Workflow Engine, and ID generator. This was alongside introducing newer additions like Master Data Service and Partner Management, which allow data and partner systems to be centrally managed, accessed, and authenticated, as well as a look at the Consent Management Layer and scalable PBMS.
The team shared a preview of the road ahead, highlighting voice-based grievance redressal systems, an Agent portal and application, and a reimagined OpenG2P Academy experience. Partners were encouraged to draw on OpenG2P’s documentation and the team reaffirmed their continued support to help them adapt to the evolving technology.
Designed as an interactive session, the participants also had the opportunity to raise questions about new deployments, developments, and functionality, many of which were addressed by the team.

The OpenG2P Bulletin is envisioned as a series of periodic updates on our products and technology in the form of workshops, webinars, and more. The team is committed to building on the collaboration that is central to OpenG2P’s work. The success of the first edition has been an encouraging step in that direction and is one the team looks forward to carrying into future editions.
